Is there a conference program?

The conference timetable will be made available once all abstracts have reviewed. If your abstract is chosen as a contributed talk or a poster, you will receive an email from us including more details about the presentation format. We aim to release the preliminary conference program on our conference website by August 11th. There will be enough time for early bird registration. We will continuously update the program as necessary. 

 

Are there any travel grants or financial assistance available?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any travel grants or financial assistance for the conference. 

 

How can I obtain a certificate or receipt of attendance or participation?

Please contact us via conference@qns.science. We will prepare the necessary documents for you. 

 

Will there be networking or social events?

We will offer an excursion on the last day of the conference (included in the conference fee). Please let us know your general interest in an excursion during the registration process. In the run-up to the conference, we will send you more information via email.

If you would like to explore Seoul after the conference, and need help or company, please contact our QNS staff. They can recommend hiking routes, restaurants, sights and give special tips.

I found a mistake in the abstract I submitted. What can I do?

If you have submitted an abstract and would like to fix minor mistakes, please contact us via conference@qns.science and state the Abstract Submission ID you received in your confirmation email.
